Tirupati–Tirumala, 3 May 2026 – For darshan on 4 May 2026, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) released Slotted Sarva Darshan (SSD) tokens at 02:50 AM from the offline counters in Tirupati, followed by Divya Darshan (Sreevari Mettu Margam) tokens. The total SSD tokens released were 10,000, and the DD‑quota was 2,000, both for next‑day darshan only (i.e., tokens issued on 3 May are valid only for 4 May darshan).

  • SSD tokens finished by 04:21 AM (about 1 hour 31 minutes after release).

  • DD tokens finished by 04:26 AM (within 5 minutes of SSD completion).
This indicates very high demand even though the SSD quota was lower (10,000) than the 13,000‑band seen on some earlier days in May.

Crowd situation and implications

  • 10,000 SSD‑quota is still in the normal‑high‑band for peak‑season; TTD often keeps daily SSD‑limits between 10,000–15,000 based on expected crowd and season.

  • Despite the smaller quota, tokens sold out in under 90 minutes, and DD‑completed even faster, meaning late‑morning arrivals at the counters have virtually no chance of getting 4‑May‑SSD / DD offline‑tokens.

What devotees should plan

  • For 4 May darshan, devotees aiming for offline SSD tokens should arrive at the Srinivasam / Vishnu Nivasam / Bhudevi‑Complex counters by 02:30–02:40 AM on 3 May to be inside the viable‑window.

  • Those hoping for Sreevari Mettu‑DD must be in the DD‑queue by 04:00–04:15 AM, because on such days the 2,000‑DD‑quota is typically exhausted well before 04:30 AM.

  • If offline tokens are missed, devotees should check TTD’s live‑running‑slot / balance‑ticket page for any remaining 4‑May‑SSD, or consider online 300‑Special‑Entry instead.
