Taking into account the heavy rush, the TTD Board of Trustees made robust, large‑scale arrangements at Tumbura Theertha Mukkoti. The engineering wing set up:

In view of parking congestion at Pappavinashanam, TTD allowed only RTC buses to ferry devotees to the starting point of the forest route, banning private vehicles and reducing traffic chaos.
Additionally, the Radio and Broadcasting wing provided continuous announcements and safety advisories throughout the event, guiding devotees on forest‑path etiquette, potential hazards, and precautions while trekking to the theertha.
