Tirupati, June 16, 2026: The annual Brahmotsavams of the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple will be celebrated with grandeur and religious fervour from June 25 to July 3, 2026.

The temple, established under the auspices of TTD, attracts devotees from across North India and serves as an important spiritual centre dedicated to Lord Venkateswara.

Preparatory Rituals Begin on June 19

As a prelude to the Brahmotsavams, the sacred Koil Alwar Thirumanjanam will be performed on June 19.

This traditional purification ritual is conducted before major temple festivals and involves ceremonial cleansing of the temple premises.

The festivities will formally commence with Ankurarpanam on June 24, marking the ritual beginning of the annual celebrations.

Daily Vahana Sevas During Brahmotsavams

Throughout the nine-day festival, devotees will have the opportunity to witness various Vahana Sevas, where the Lord will bless devotees on different divine vehicles symbolizing spiritual virtues and divine attributes.

These processions are among the most anticipated events of the Brahmotsavam.

Kalyanotsavam on June 29

One of the major highlights of the festival will be the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Kalyanotsavam on June 29.

The celestial wedding ceremony symbolizes divine grace, prosperity and harmony and attracts a large number of devotees every year.

Grand Rathotsavam on July 2

The majestic Rathotsavam will take place on July 2.

During the event, the processional deities will be taken in a beautifully decorated temple chariot amid devotional chanting, bhajans and Vedic recitations.

Chakrasnanam and Dwajavarohanam on July 3

The Brahmotsavams will conclude on July 3 with:

These rituals signify the ceremonial completion of the annual festival.

Pushpayagam on July 4

Following the Brahmotsavams, the sacred Pushpayagam will be observed on July 4.

The deities will be worshipped with fragrant flowers as part of the traditional expiatory ritual conducted for divine blessings and universal welfare.

TTD Invites Devotees

TTD has appealed to devotees from Haryana, Delhi, Punjab and other northern states to participate in the annual festivities and receive the divine blessings of Lord Venkateswara.
