The proposed building aims to consolidate most of TTD’s Tirumala‑based departments in one integrated complex for smoother pilgrimage‑management and administration.

The Addl EO first examined a plot opposite the Ram Bageecha Bus Stand, which is being considered as a primary location for the new administrative complex.
