Tirupati, June 2, 2026: TTD Joint Executive Officer (Health & Education) Dr. A. Sarath has directed officials to implement a smooth, transparent and merit-based admission process for the academic year 2026–27 across all 33 educational institutions managed by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).
The directions were issued during a review meeting conducted through a Zoom conference from the SVBC office at Alipiri on Tuesday. TTD District Education Officer (DEO) Sri Venkata Sunil and heads of educational institutions also participated in the meeting.
Education a Key Priority for TTD
Addressing the officials, Dr. Sarath said TTD has been giving equal importance to education and temple administration for more than seven decades.
He emphasized that educational institutions under TTD have played a significant role in providing quality education while promoting values, discipline and service-oriented learning.
Admissions to Be Conducted Strictly on Merit
The JEO instructed all schools and colleges to:
- Constitute Admission Committees
- Establish Help Desks for Students and Parents
- Follow Merit-Based Selection
- Maintain Complete Transparency
- Ensure Accountability at Every Stage
He stressed that admissions should be conducted fairly and without any deviation from prescribed guidelines.
Online Fee Payments Made Mandatory
To improve transparency and streamline the admission process, Dr. Sarath directed that admission fees should be accepted only through online payment modes.
This step is expected to ensure greater accountability and convenience for students and parents.
Guidance Centres and Information Boards
Officials were instructed to:

✅ Install Guidance Boards
✅ Provide Admission Assistance to Students
✅ Offer Clear Information on Courses and Eligibility
These measures are aimed at making the admission process easier and more accessible for applicants.
Special Focus on TTD Educational Institutions
The JEO directed officials to undertake extensive publicity for admissions into specialized institutions including:
- SV School of Sculpture
- TTD Balamandir
- School for the Deaf
- Other Educational Institutions Under TTD
Promotion should be carried out through:
- Print Media
- Digital Media
- Social Media Platforms
to ensure that eligible students are aware of the available opportunities.
