Tirupati, June 14, 2026: The nine-day annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Venugopalaswamy, along with Sri Rukmini Devi and Sri Satyabhama Devi, concluded with grandeur on Sunday evening at Karvetinagaram.
The sacred festivities came to an end with the performance of the traditional Dhwajavarohanam, marking the ceremonial conclusion of the annual Brahmotsavam celebrations.
Dhwajavarohanam Performed Amidst Vedic Chants
The ritual commenced at 5:30 PM amidst the chanting of Vedic hymns and the sounds of traditional Mangala Vadyams.
As part of the sacred ceremony, the Garuda Flag hoisted during Dhwajarohanam at the beginning of the festival was ceremonially lowered.
