Tirumala, July 12, 2026: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced that the sacred Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam, the traditional temple cleansing ritual, will be observed at the Srivari Temple on July 14 in preparation for the annual Anivara Asthanam.
Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam is one of the most important temple purification rituals, performed before major religious festivals to sanctify the temple premises according to Agama traditions.
VIP Break Darshans Cancelled
In view of Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam and Anivara Asthanam, TTD has cancelled VIP Break Darshans on:
- 📅 July 14
- 📅 July 17
The restriction applies to all categories except Protocol Dignitaries.
Recommendation Letters Not Accepted
TTD clarified that VIP recommendation letters will not be accepted on:
- 📅 July 13
- 📅 July 16
Devotees planning VIP Break Darshan are requested to take note of these changes while planning their pilgrimage.
Arjita Sevas Cancelled on July 17
In connection with Anivara Asthanam, the following Arjita Sevas will remain cancelled on July 17:
❌ Kalyanotsavam
❌ Unjal Seva
❌ Arjita Brahmotsavam
❌ Sahasra Deepalankara Seva
TTD has appealed to devotees to cooperate with the revised schedule and make their pilgrimage plans accordingly.
