Tirumala, June 20, 2026: The efficiency of the TTD Command Control Centre once again came to the fore when officials successfully traced and returned a lost bag belonging to a devotee from Telangana.

Sri Vanga Mallesh Goud accidentally left his bag at the Alipiri Checkpoint Scanner while proceeding towards Tirumala. Realizing the loss, he lodged a complaint at the TTD Command Control Centre at around 11:30 PM.

Immediate Response by Command Control Centre

Upon receiving the complaint, the Command Control Centre staff immediately launched an investigation.

Officials carefully examined CCTV footage from the area and identified a vehicle bearing registration number TG 07 AD 0269, which had inadvertently taken the bag.

The surveillance team tracked the movement of the vehicle and coordinated efforts to locate it quickly.

CCTV Technology Helps Trace the Bag

Using the advanced monitoring systems available at the Command Control Centre, officials traced the vehicle to Balaji Guest House No. 4 at approximately 3:30 AM.

After verifying the details, the staff successfully recovered the bag and secured it for return to the rightful owner.

Gold and Valuables Found Safe

Following proper verification procedures, the recovered bag was handed over to the devotee.

Officials confirmed that all belongings inside the bag were intact, including:

🥇 50 grams of gold

🎒 Personal belongings

📄 Important items carried by the devotee

The recovery brought immense relief to the devotee and his family.

Expressing his happiness and gratitude, Sri Vanga Mallesh Goud thanked the officials and staff of the TTD Command Control Centre for their prompt action and dedicated service.

He also recorded his appreciation in the feedback register maintained at the Command Control Centre.
