Tirupati, June 17, 2026: TTD Joint Executive Officer Dr. A. Sharath stated that regular yoga practice plays a vital role in improving physical fitness, mental peace, self-confidence and inner strength.
He made these remarks while inspecting the yoga training programme being conducted at SPW Degree College under the Yoga–TTD Arogyananda initiative on Wednesday.
Special Training Programme for TTD Employees
The JEO said that TTD has been organizing a 15-day yoga training programme for employees from June 7 to June 21.
The initiative is being conducted under the guidance of TTD EO Sri M. Ravichandra and in accordance with the vision of Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Sri N. Chandrababu Naidu to promote yoga and healthy living.

Dr. Sharath emphasized that yoga offers numerous benefits, including:
