Tirupati, June 25, 2026: The annual Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Teppotsavams commenced with great religious fervour at Tiruchanoor on Thursday.
On the inaugural day, Sri Krishna Swamy, accompanied by Sri Rukmini Devi and Sri Satyabhama Devi, blessed thousands of devotees during the divine float procession in the sacred Padma Sarovaram.
The beautifully decorated float ceremonially circled the holy temple tank three times, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere.
Special Abhishekam to Sri Krishna Swamy
Before the Teppotsavam, priests performed a sacred Abhishekam to Sri Krishna Swamy using:

🍯 Honey
🌿 Sandalwood Paste
🌸 Other Fragrant Sacred Substances
The ritual was performed amid Vedic chanting and traditional temple customs.
Divine Procession Through Four Mada Streets
Following the Teppotsavam, Sri Krishna Swamy was taken in a grand procession through the four Mada Streets, allowing devotees to have divine darshan.
The temple premises echoed with Govinda Namasmarana and devotional chants throughout the celebrations.
