Tirupati, June 27, 2026: As part of the annual Brahmotsavams at Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Appalayagunta, the Lord blessed devotees on Saturday night in the divine Bakasura Vadha Alankaram while seated on the magnificent Mutyapu Pandiri (Pearl Canopy) Vahanam.
The beautifully decorated Vahana Seva attracted a large gathering of devotees, who offered Harathi and received the Lord's divine blessings.
Unjal Seva Before the Procession
The evening celebrations began with the traditional:
🎠 Unjal Seva – 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
The Mutyapu Pandiri Vahanam procession commenced at 7:00 PM, accompanied by devotional chants, traditional music, and a spiritually vibrant atmosphere.
Spiritual Significance
The Bakasura Vadha Alankaram symbolizes the Lord's triumph over evil and His eternal commitment to protecting devotees and upholding Dharma.
The Mutyapu Pandiri (Pearl Canopy) represents purity, divine grace, and spiritual prosperity, making it one of the most visually captivating Vahana Sevas of the Brahmotsavams.
