The JEO, along with TTD JEO (Health and Education) Sri Prabhala Gopinath, conducted a virtual review meeting with officials from various departments on Friday morning to review the preparations for the upcoming festival.
Special Coordination Centre in Tirupati
Dr. A. Sharath instructed officials to establish a special Coordination Centre in Tirupati to facilitate effective coordination between different departments.

He stressed the importance of maintaining close coordination among all departments to ensure that arrangements are completed on time.
LED Screens and Illumination at Key Locations
The JEO directed officials to provide attractive illumination and LED display screens at important locations across Tirupati.
These facilities will help create a devotional atmosphere while also providing useful information to pilgrims visiting the city during the Brahmotsavams.
Officials were also instructed to ensure that proper public announcements and clear signages are available at important locations.
Drinking Water, Toilets and Information Facilities
Special attention was given to basic facilities required by devotees at parking areas and holding points.
The JEO directed officials to arrange:
- Drinking water facilities

These facilities are expected to help pilgrims navigate holding points and parking areas conveniently during the festival.
Attractive Welcome Arches at Four Entry Points

The arrangements are intended to give pilgrims a devotional welcome as they enter Tirupati for the Srivari Navaratri Brahmotsavams.
Special Focus on Cleanliness
The JEO also directed officials to give special attention to cleanliness along major roads and areas frequently visited by devotees.
Departments concerned have been asked to ensure that important routes and pilgrim movement areas remain clean throughout the festival period.
Maintaining cleanliness will be particularly important as large numbers of devotees are expected to visit Tirupati during the Brahmotsavams.
Coordinated Arrangements for Devotees
