Tirupati, August 6, 2026: TTD will celebrate the annual Sri Pattabhirama Swamy Pattabhishekam Mahotsavams at Valmikipuram from August 17 to 19, 2026, with special Vedic rituals, celestial wedding, Pattabhishekam and Vahana Sevas.
The three-day festival at Sri Pattabhirama Swamy Temple will begin with the traditional Senadhipathi Utsavam and Ankurarpanam on August 17.
August 17: Ankurarpanam
The festivities will commence on August 17 at 6 PM with:
- Senadhipathi Utsavam
- Ankurarpanam
These rituals will ceremonially mark the beginning of the annual Pattabhishekam Mahotsavams.
August 18: Sita Rama Santhi Kalyanam and Hanumantha Vahanam
Several important rituals will be performed on the second day.
August 18 Schedule:
Morning: Yagasala Puja
10:00 AM: Snapana Tirumanjanam
5:00 PM: Unjal Seva
6:30 PM: Sri Sita Rama Santhi Kalyanam
8:00 PM: Hanumantha Vahana Seva
Sri Pattabhirama Swamy will bless devotees during the sacred Hanumantha Vahana procession.
August 19: Sri Rama Pattabhishekam
The grand Sri Rama Pattabhishekam will be the major highlight of the concluding day.
August 19 Schedule:
6:30 AM: Yagasala Puja and Snapana Tirumanjanam
10:00 AM: Sri Rama Pattabhishekam
6:00 PM: Unjal Seva
7:30 PM: Garuda Vahana Seva
During the Garuda Vahana Seva, Sri Pattabhirama Swamy will bless devotees with His divine darshan.
The Mahotsavams will conclude with Mahapurnahuti, Kumbhodvasanam and Kumbha Prokshanam.
₹300 Arjita Seva for Couples
Devotee couples can participate in the Sri Rama Pattabhishekam Arjita Seva by paying ₹300.
Participating couples will receive:
- One Uttariyam
- One blouse piece
- Annaprasadam
Harikatha, Bhajans and Devotional Music
During the three-day festival, the TTD Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad (HDPP) and Annamacharya Project will organise cultural and spiritual programmes, including Harikathas, Bhajans and devotional music.
TTD has appealed to devotees to participate in large numbers in the Sri Pattabhirama Swamy Pattabhishekam Mahotsavams and seek the divine blessings of the Lord.
