Tirupati, August 17, 2026: The Pattabhishekam Mahotsavams of Sri Pattabhirama Swamy Temple at Valmikipuram began in a traditional manner on Monday evening with Senadhipathi Utsavam and Ankurarpanam.
Special rituals were performed at the temple on the occasion, marking the beginning of the three-day festivities.
Sita Rama Shanti Kalyanam and Hanumantha Vahana Seva on August 18
On August 18, Yagashala Puja will be performed in the morning, followed by Snapana Tirumanjanam at 10 AM.
Unjal Seva will be held at 5 PM, followed by Sri Sita Rama Shanti Kalyanam at 6.30 PM and Hanumantha Vahana Seva at 8 PM.
Sri Rama Pattabhishekam and Garuda Vahana Seva on August 19
On August 19, Yagashala Puja and Snapana Tirumanjanam will be performed in the morning.
The grand Sri Rama Pattabhishekam Mahotsavam will be held at 10 AM.
Later, Unjal Seva will be held at 6 PM, followed by Garuda Vahana Seva at 7.30 PM, during which Sri Pattabhirama Swamy will bless devotees.
The celebrations will conclude with Maha Poornahuthi, Kumbhodvasana and Kumbha Prokshana.
Rs.300 Arjitha Seva for Couples
Two devotees, a couple, can participate in the Sri Rama Pattabhishekam Arjitha Seva by paying Rs.300.
Participating couples will be provided with one Uttariyam, one blouse piece and Annaprasadam.
Harikatha, Bhajans and Devotional Music Programmes
During the three-day celebrations, the TTD Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad and Annamacharya Project will organise Harikatha, Bhajans and devotional music programmes.
TTD has appealed to devotees to participate in the celebrations in large numbers and seek the divine blessings of Sri Pattabhirama Swamy.
TTD AEO Sri Gopinath, Temple Inspector Sri Nagaraju, other officials, priests and staff participated in the programmes.
