Tirumala, August 25, 2026: The annual three-day Pavitrotsavams at Tirumala Temple concluded ceremoniously on Tuesday evening with the sacred Pavitra Poornahuti.
Sacred Rituals Performed on Final Day
The final day began with Snapana Tirumanjanam in the morning, followed by Visesha Samarpana in the afternoon.
Later, the processional deities were taken in a grand procession as part of the concluding rituals.
Pavitra Poornahuti at 7 PM
The main ritual of Pavitra Poornahuti was performed at 7 PM in accordance with the Agama Shastra.
Following the Poornahuti, Sri Malayappa Swamy along with Sri Devi and Bhu Devi circumambulated the temple in a grand procession.
The deities subsequently re-entered the sanctum, marking the ceremonial conclusion of the three-day Pavitrotsavams.
TTD Officials Participate
Both the Tirumala Pontiffs, Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary, Temple Deputy EO Sri Lokanatham and other officials participated in the concluding ceremonies.
