Tirupati, August 13, 2026: The Pavithrotsavams of Sri Venkateswara Swamy along with Sri Devi and Bhu Devi will be celebrated in a grand manner at Tondaman Puram temple from August 26 to 28.
The festivities will commence with Ankurarpanam on August 25 at 6 pm, following Agama traditions.
Pavithrotsavams Rituals from August 26 to 28
On August 26, Pavitra Pratishta will be performed in the morning, followed by Vedic rituals at the Yagashala in the evening.
On August 27, Pavitra Samarpana will be performed in the morning, followed by Chatushtanarchana in the evening.
On August 28, the final day of the festivities, Maha Poornahuti, Pavitra Vitarana, Snapana Tirumanjanam and Chakrasnanam will be performed in the morning.
A Gramotsavam will be held in the evening as part of the concluding celebrations.
Devotional Music Programmes
As part of the Pavithrotsavams, the TTD Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad will organise devotional music programmes for devotees.
TTD has appealed to devotees to participate in the Pavithrotsavams and seek the divine blessings of Sri Venkateswara Swamy along with Sri Devi and Bhu Devi.
