Tirumala, September 11, 2026: TTD Additional Executive Officer Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary called upon officers and staff deployed on deputation for the annual Srivari Brahmotsavams to discharge their responsibilities with devotion, dedication and a strong spirit of service and contribute to making the festival a grand success.
An orientation programme for deputation staff was organised at the Asthana Mandapam in Tirumala on Friday evening.
Clear Understanding of Responsibilities
Addressing the programme, the Additional EO said every employee should have a clear understanding of the arrangements, duties and responsibilities involved in conducting this year's twin Brahmotsavams.
As a large number of devotees are expected to visit Tirumala during the festival, he stressed the need for every department to remain prepared and perform its assigned responsibilities effectively.
He directed officials and staff from all departments to work in close coordination, making use of their experience from previous Brahmotsavams.
Prompt Resolution of Devotee Issues
The Additional EO instructed staff to immediately bring any issues concerning facilities and services provided to devotees to the attention of senior officials.
He emphasized that such issues should be addressed and resolved promptly, so that pilgrims can have a smooth and comfortable experience during the Brahmotsavams.
Treat Devotees with Courtesy
Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary urged employees to treat devotees courteously and serve them with dedication.
He said the conduct and service of TTD personnel during the Brahmotsavams would play an important role in enhancing the reputation of the institution.
The staff were encouraged to consider their responsibilities as an opportunity to serve devotees and contribute to the successful conduct of the major annual festival.
Coordination with District Administration and Police
TTD Chief Vigilance and Security Officer Sri Muralikrishna advised the deputation staff to maintain close coordination with the District Administration and Police while performing their duties during the Brahmotsavams.
He called upon all departments and personnel to make collective efforts to ensure that the Srivari Brahmotsavams become a landmark event in the history of Tirumala.
Senior Officials Participate in Orientation Programme
TTD In-charge CE Sri Manoharam, SE Sri Venugopal, Deputy EOs Sri Bhaskar, Sri Rajendra Kumar and Sri Somannarayana, Catering Special Officer Sri Sastry, VGO Sri Surendra and other officials participated in the orientation programme.
The programme focused on ensuring that deputation personnel are fully prepared to handle their responsibilities and provide effective services to the large number of devotees expected during the Srivari Brahmotsavams.
