Key points from the EO’s speech

  • Ravichandra advised employees to provide the best possible service to devotees with spiritual commitment and a strong sense of teamwork, underlining that work at TTD is not mere administration but service (kainkaryam) to the Lord.

  • He stressed that National Civil Services Day belongs to all service‑providers, not just civil servants, and encouraged staff to work with dedication, self‑motivation, and responsibility.

  • He reminded that government employees act as a bridge between the government and the people, and therefore must function with integrity, rule of law, transparency, and people‑centric behaviour.

  • Ravichandra emphasized that good results emerge only when everyone carries out their duties properly, and highlighted that teamwork and mutual cooperation are essential for success in large‑scale pilgrim‑service systems like TTD.

Language and communication guidance

  • The EO urged employees to communicate in simple, easily‑understandable language when interacting with pilgrims and colleagues, avoiding bureaucratic jargon.

  • He encouraged communicating in Telugu wherever possible, so that devotees from rural Andhra Pradesh and Telangana feel more connected and comfortable.

Feedback, training, and leadership development

  • Ravichandra expressed happiness over organizing National Civil Services Day at TTD for the first time among staff, viewing it as a step toward professional and spiritual growth of the workforce.

  • Additional EO Sri C.H. Venkayya Chowdary added that systems should be strengthened by using field‑level experience and that TTD is already improving services through a WhatsApp‑based, QR‑code‑linked feedback system where pilgrims can rate and comment on seva‑quality.

  • Both officials stressed the need for continuous training, skill‑development, and leadership‑cultivation among employees, pointing out that knowledge + experience = better service outcomes.

Officials present

The programme was attended by Joint Executive Officers Sri V. Veerabrahmam and Dr. A. Sharat, CVSO Sri K.V. Muralikrishna, CE Sri T.V. Satyanarayana, Deputy EOs, senior officials, department‑heads, and staff members—underscoring TTD’s institutional focus on devotee‑centric, professionally disciplined administration.
