Tirupati, August 3, 2026: The annual Sri Andal Thiruvadipuram Utsavam will be celebrated with religious fervour at the historic Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple in Tirupati from August 5 to 14, 2026.
The ten-day festival dedicated to Sri Andal Ammavaru will feature special rituals, Tirumanjanam, Asthanam and a grand concluding procession.
Daily Tirumanjanam and Asthanam
During the festival, Tirumanjanam will be performed to Sri Andal every morning.
In the evening, Asthanam will be conducted as part of the daily festivities, offering devotees an opportunity to participate in the sacred celebrations.
Grand Sattumora on August 14
The festival will conclude on August 14 with the traditional Sattumora celebrations.
As part of the concluding festivities, Snapana Tirumanjanam will be performed to the processional deities of Sri Govindaraja Swamy and Sri Andal from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Grand Procession to Alipiri
One of the major highlights of the festival will be a grand procession from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The deities will be taken in procession to Alipiri, where Asthanam will be performed.
The return procession will pass through:
- Geetha Mandiram
- Sri Vikhanasacharya Temple
- Sri Chinna Jeeyar Mutt
The ten-day festival will finally conclude with Sattumora at 8:00 PM at the shrine of Sri Andal.
TTD has appealed to devotees to participate in large numbers in the Sri Andal Thiruvadipuram Utsavam and receive the divine blessings of Sri Govindaraja Swamy and Sri Andal Ammavaru.
