Tirumala, August 4, 2026: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced important changes to Arjitha Sevas and special darshan categories during the Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams 2026, scheduled at the Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple from September 15 to September 23.
In view of the huge influx of devotees expected during the nine-day annual Brahmotsavams, TTD has cancelled five Arjitha Sevas along with several special darshan categories throughout the festival period.
Arjitha Sevas Cancelled from September 15 to 23
The following Arjitha Sevas will remain cancelled during the Tirumala Brahmotsavams:
- Astadala Pada Padmaradhana Seva
- Tiruppavada Seva
- Arjita Kalyanotsavam
- Unjal Seva
- Sahasra Deepalankarana Seva
Devotees should therefore consider these cancellations while planning their pilgrimage to Tirumala during the Brahmotsavam dates.
Special Darshan Categories Also Cancelled
TTD has also announced that the following special darshan categories will not be available during the Brahmotsavams from September 15 to 23:
- Senior Citizens
- Physically Handicapped Devotees
- Parents with Infants
- NRIs
- Donors
These arrangements are being implemented in connection with the annual Brahmotsavams, when Tirumala traditionally witnesses a significant increase in pilgrim footfall.
Tirumala Brahmotsavams 2026 Dates
The nine-day Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams 2026 will be celebrated from September 15 to 23 at Tirumala.
The festival features major Vahana Sevas and religious events, with thousands of devotees expected to participate every day and seek the blessings of Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy.
TTD has requested devotees to take note of the temporary cancellation of these Sevas and special darshan categories and extend their cooperation during the Brahmotsavams.
