Tirupati, July 16, 2026: Ahead of the annual Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Sakshatkara Vaibhavotsavams, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam was performed with traditional grandeur at the Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Srinivasa Mangapuram.
The rituals commenced with Suprabhatam, followed by Thomala Seva, Koluvu, and Panchanga Sravanam.
From 6.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m., the temple premises, walls, ceilings and puja articles were ceremonially cleansed. A sacred aromatic mixture prepared using Sri Churnam, Kasturi turmeric, sandalwood, camphor, kumkum and other fragrant ingredients was sprinkled throughout the temple as part of the purification ritual.
Darshan for devotees resumed from 12.30 p.m.
Three Days of Vahana Sevas
As part of the Sakshatkara Vaibhavotsavams, the following Vahana Sevas will be held between 7.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. along the four Mada Streets surrounding the temple:
- July 17: Pedda Sesha Vahanam
- July 18: Hanumantha Vahanam
- July 19: Garuda Vahanam
Thousands of devotees are expected to participate and receive the divine blessings of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy.
Devotee Offers Temple Curtains
On the occasion of Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam, Sri Narasimhulu from Tirupati donated curtains to the temple.
Temple Special Grade Deputy EO Smt. Varalakshmi, AEO Sri Gopinath, Superintendent Sri Raj Kumar, Temple Inspector Sri Muni Kumar, Arjitham Inspector Sri Dhanasekhar, priests, temple officials and staff participated in the programme.
